A hush of silence followed his entry, but the energetic buzz in the hall resumed when he sat. The participants were in the middle of an invigorating brainstorming session after hours of being tutored by experts in the ICT and business fields.

Barely two seconds after the announcement, the selfie-storm began. Excited students moved forward for selfies with phones stretched out and grins on their faces.The Minister could only laugh warmly at their exuberance as he spoke and encouraged some who waited to speak to him.
